Slideshow from Papaw’s funeral
Here is the slideshow that Chad and I made for my grandfather’s visitation. I think the family enjoyed it a lot. The funeral was very nice (sad, but nice). His friend, Elmer, spoke and shared about my grandpa’s faith in God. It was a blessing to hear that confirmation that he loved the Lord and is now spending eternity with Him. If you love the Lord, let everyone know. Then, when it is your time to be called home, you will give your loved ones great peace and be able to give an account to Jesus of all the work you’ve done for His kingdom.

DHizzy introduced me to mtvmusic.com today, which is basically the greatest thing to ever happen to the internets ever. EVER. Finally, everything that MTV kicked out the window 10 years ago when roads started to get ruled and worlds got real is back, and it is in a form where you can search for the music videos you loved. I know this is late, but Jennie and I spent a lot of time watching the Olympics this year. Mainly because of DVR. I found many times I would watch the commercials though and some of them were great. This NIKE one is awesome. It’s got the Killers and MJ…could you ask for more?

Randy Pausch
Randy Pausch has passed away of pancreatic cancer. He was 47 and a computer science professor at Carnegie Mellon. He has a video on the internet called “The Last Lecture” and it is fantastic. Everyone should make the time to watch it.
